Champagne for everyone!!

 Progress! Success!  Bring us the Champagne bottle! We actually made it over the finish line, twice! I'm talking about the weekend now. On Friday Lhasa and I had our first dressage competition together. She was so cool from the start until finish and we ended up on 6th place (out of 23) with 65%.  On Saturday we drove to the competition with 4 horses. Robbie, Corra, Lhasa and Birka. All did great and especially Lhasa was good. For the first time ever she made it all the way over the finish line in both classes. In the first class, which was 70 cm, we had one stop and one down and I'm happy show jumping is not judged by your style... The second class (80cm) was WAY better though! To be a 4 year old she was absolutely amazing and we made a 0-0 round in the second class. Birka was super, as she always is. We came 2nd in the 100 cm class and in the 110 cm class we had one down in the first round but she was great anyway!

On Sunday there was another dressage competition. This time Robbie and Lhasa were the only two horses out. Lhasa and I started in two (sort of combined) classes and we came 2nd with 67%. So what can I say? Great weekend? We all had champagne on Saturday evening to celebrate the nice rounds in the show jumping. On Sunday we ate all the candy that happened to be the prize for second place in the dressage competition. :)
